Our journey started in 2018 when we (well.. Cal) accidentally bought Jameswood Villa - a derelict Victorian that had lay empty for nearly 30 years.

Everything that could go wrong with this building, had. The roof acted like a sieve, the timbers were left rotten, plaster was crumbling, and the front bay window and wall were on the verge of collapse.

Instead of cutting our losses, we decided to take on the immense task of restoring this beautiful Victorian Villa.

Four years on, we have finally accomplished our goal of restoring Jameswood. The Villa, originally made up of four apartments, has now been turned into three - with a 3-bed flat we get to call home, and two 2-bed apartments in which we are excited to welcome our guests.

As we open our doors to you, we invite you to create your own treasured memories within these walls, and hope you find a home filled with the love, dedication and passion we have put into Jameswood.
